EXSTAR6000 DSC :
The DSC offers a representative measurement technique of thermal analysis to perform fusion, glass transition, thermal history, crystallization, Curie point, oxidation stability and thermal change. It has following features :
- Simple measurement unit exchange can be performed by the user giving freedom to the user to perform a host of measurement applications by utilizing a variety of measurement units (super high sensitivity, high sensitivity, and high temperature models).
- In order to cover a particular measurement, users can now select and exchange cooling units such as liquid nitrogen, electrically cooled, and air cooled units.
EXSTAR6000 TG/DTA :
The TG/DTA is a simultaneous measurement instrument combining TG, which utilizes a horizontal differential type balance beam, with the highly flexible DTA feature. It has following features :
- Through the utilization of an automatic cooling unit, the instrument is now automatically cooled to a set temperature after measurements, which raises the effectiveness of measurements.
- As with the DSC, the auto sampler is easily attached to the TG/DTA.
EXSTAR6000 TMA/SS :
This is a multi-purpose thermo-physical measurement device that measures expansion coefficient, glass transition, softening, swelling, creep. It has following features :
- By simply setting the sample in the sample tube, the length of the sample is automatically measured eliminating the need for micrometer operations.
- Standard equipped with the automatic protect function, which automatically stops the measurement to prevent adhesion of a sample on the probe in the case deformation value exceeds the set value.
EXSTAR6000 DMS :
This instrument applies various deformations, such as bending, tension, compression and shear, to a solid sample, and then the tand, and elasticity of the sample is calculated using the deformation amount and the response delay. It has following features :
- Measurements from -150°C are fully automatic using the auto gas cooling unit.
