Watch maker’s tools - hammers and storage containers
There are many varieties of hammers used as tools in watch making – hammers and mallets. The Brass and Metal Planishing Hammer weighs about 55 grams and measures 30 cm in length. It has a solid steel head and a steel collet screws on a metal and brass head, each around 2 cm, to it. It has a key which can be used to take off the collet to release either of the metal or brass heads. With a Brass and Plastic Planishing Hammer, there is a Nylon Plastic and brass head.
The Solid Brass Repousse Hammer with a Twist comes with a 4 piece stainless steel screwdriver set. The hammer head is of brass and is approximately 6oz. There is an internal screw that splits the handle and the shaft. There is a solid 25 cm long flat head screwdriver that is constructed of stainless steel, at the end of which another 15 cm screwdriver with a steel shaft is present.
